This listing is for a one of a kind Tea Mug made from quality high fire stoneware. This piece is hand-painted with our signature Woodland design in a beautiful holiday color-way. Very light in weight, it makes the perfect petite cup for delicate hands.
Each one of our mugs is handmade from start to finish. The clay is measured and thrown on the potters wheel, a foot is carved into the bottom, and the handle is attached. After the piece has been bisque fired, we sign individually, paint wax onto the bottom, and then finally dip into one or multiple glazes. All of our glazes are made from raw materials right here in our studio, unless otherwise stated. *Red is a commercial food safe glaze. We do not use molds. Due to our hands on process, each piece we make will vary slightly from one another - no two are the same, giving you a truly unique piece of art.
